Installation process
A solar install starts with a site visit. We measure your hot water and power use, check roof orientation and structure, then size the system to match. Installation is scheduled in one visit where possible. We commission the system with you present and show you how to read it.
Quality standards
Proper installation means correct cable sizing, sealed roof penetrations, labelled isolators and mounts rated for the wind load. We photograph every stage. If it would not pass an inspection, we do not sign it off.
Our certification
Our technicians are certified across solar installation, air conditioning systems and IT security. We get trained. We stay trained. Certificates are available on request before you commit to a job.
Customer support story
When a system fails, you call one number. We log the fault, tell you what we think it is, and give you a time. Emergency calls are answered 24 hours a day, including weekends. Warranty work costs you nothing for five years.
