Common questions
How fast can you come out?
Emergency calls are answered 24 hours a day and we aim to be on site the same day. Quotes and non-urgent visits are booked within 4 hours of your request on business days.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Parts and workmanship on any installation we carry out. If a component we supplied fails inside five years, we replace it and there is no labour charge.
Do you work outside Kigali?
Yes. We cover every province of Rwanda, from Kigali to the border regions. Travel is quoted up front so there are no surprises.
Can you maintain a system someone else installed?
Usually. We inspect it first and tell you honestly what condition it is in. If the install is unsafe we will say so before quoting maintenance.
How do I know the team is certified?
Ask us. We send certificates for the relevant discipline before work starts.
